- 10 single leg hip bridge each side
- 10 push ups
- 10 sit ups
- 10 squats
Workout:
45s ON/15s OFF; 3x through
- Slam ball
- Push ups 5 each side
- Forward lunge with rotation
- Supermans (Too hard? Feet on the floor; Too easy? Hold the ball)
